1: Gather the accident details
First and foremost, it is important that you have as many details about the accident as possible. This information should include name and contact details of the other people involved, their vehicle registration, make and model, and their insurance company details and policy number. The name and address of any witnesses is vital, and if you can take a photo of the damage - even better! The more information you can pass on to us, the easier and quicker we can handle your car accident claim.

3: Arrange recovery for your vehicle
If it hasn't been recovered already, one of the first things we'll do is arrange to retrieve your vehicle from the scene of the accident. If it has been recovered, we'll quickly set about claiming back anything it cost you.
