Can Excel Law help me?
Quite simply, if you've been involved in an accident that wasn't your fault, then yes, Excel Law can help. We'll arrange a replacement vehicle, organise any repairs, and manage any compensation claims you wish to make, including for personal injury.
I'm not sure who's to blame for the accident, how do I know?
Our experience and expertise allows us to determine whether or not you have a claim from the information you give us. Simply contact us and explain truthfully the details of the accident, and we'll tell you how we can help.
My vehicle needs repairing, what can you do?
Make a claim with us, and we can organise all your repairs to be carried out at a convenient garage, and at a time that suits you. An independent engineer will also be arranged to inspect your vehicle before any work is done. If your vehicle is un-drivable, we'll arrange for it to be delivered to the repairer for you.
I need a courtesy car, can you help?
Yes. We'll provide you with a replacement vehicle for any period your own is off the road. If there is a certain type of vehicle you require, just tell us why you need it, and we'll arrange a suitable one for you. We have virtually every type of road vehicle available, and we'll deliver it to a location convenient to you.
My car is written-off, can I make a claim?
Yes, you can. If your car is written-off, let Excel Law manage the claim for you. We'll make sure the appropriate cost is recovered from the guilty party's insurers, and we'll provide you with a suitable replacement vehicle until you receive the money.
I was injured in the accident, can I claim compensation?
If you've suffered injury in an accident that wasn't your fault, then yes, you can claim compensation. In fact, you're legally entitled to it. Let us handle your claim, and we'll ensure you receive 100% of the compensation you deserve.
Can my passengers claim compensation too?
Yes, if your passengers were injured in the same accident then they are also entitled to compensation. They can contact us themselves, or you can give us their details when you make your claim.
What should I tell my insurance company?
Any claim we make is from the guilty party's insurance company, not your own. However, it's advisable you inform your insurance company if we take on your claim, for information purposes only. If you wish, we can inform them on your behalf.
How much will it cost me?
Absolutely nothing. When an accident isn't your fault, you shouldn't have to pay for any of the resulting costs. At Excel Law, we claim all these costs from the guilty party's insurers. And this means we don't charge you a penny.
